RETURNS | STORE POLICIES
We are happy to accept returns requested within 15 days of purchase or 10 days from confirmed delivery, whichever is longer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Items must be in new and unused condition. Please inspect the watch carefully upon receipt and do not wear it if you are considering requesting a refund.
To request a return, simply contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you with instructions within 1-2 business days.
The Coefficient is warrantied against any manufacturing defects for a full 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes any physical or cosmetic damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
We currently ship The Coefficient (via UPS and USPS) to the U.S., Canada, the European Union, and the U.K. Within the contiguous U.S., shipping is free. Outside this region, we have a flat shipping rate structure:
- U.S. (contiguous) - free shipping
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico - $15.00
- Canada - $50.00
- E.U. and U.K. - $70.00
International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties. The above fees cover shipping costs only. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, which are typically paid by the shipping carrier to your country's customs agency. You will need to pay the carrier in order to receive shipment.
These flat rates do not apply to merch and accessories. Shipping costs for those items are calculated at checkout.
